We prioritize small group classes, dedicating one-third of our daily schedule to this setting. This approach allows for differentiated learning, where educators can tailor lessons to each student’s unique strengths, interests, and needs, making learning more effective and engaging. Small groups also enable closer observation, helping teachers identify and support each student's academic and social development.
Additionally, these settings foster both cognitive and social growth, encouraging deeper conversations and cooperation among peers.
By grouping students based on their interests, we keep them invested in their lessons, promoting a love for learning and enabling them to explore their full potential.
